From the moment you place an order with us on line, your order will be tracked through our fulfilment and despatch system. If you want to see how far your order has progressed, click on Order Status .

And just follow the easy procedure by completing the details requested in the form. The information which is essential to enter is marked with an asterix (Mandatory*).
IMPORTANT
Your login is name is EASY TO REMEMBER; it is your email address.
For example, if your email is any.body@astral.net.uk then ALL of that is your LOGIN. And each time you come to bkpublicatiions.com website, just login, but entering your email address.
- Passwords
When you first register (i.e. complete the simple form at SIGN UP), you will be asked to create a PASSWORD. Six – 10 symbols is a good length for a password, and a mixture of letters and numbers is best, e.g. angel7.
Type in your password in the Confirm Password* box.
IN YOU FORGET YOUR PASSWORD
Don’t worry if you can’t remember your password when you next login.
Just go the right of the login box and Click here if you have forgotten your password . You will be taken to a special reminder Macro, enter your login name in the box and your password will be mailed to you on your email address entered at the time of your registration.
- Admin. Code
What's the Admin Code?
The Admin Code is a second password for your security. It offers you another level of security to make it harder for unauthorised persons to access information you have entered or to access details about the orders you have made.
To create an Admin Code for yourself
The FIRST TIME YOU SIGN UP to the site...
All you have to do is to enter a second 'password' into the Admin Code box, and then type it in again, to confirm it.
You Code should be at least six characters and or letters (for example, soul108). It gives you greater security if your Admin Code is different from your Password.
When would you use your Admin Code?
You need to enter your Admin Code to sign up for the first time.
You will also need your Admin Code when you wish to change your password. It is advised, as a security, to change your password every two months.
Splash Page
- Animation
When you arrive at the bkpublications.com site you should first see a unique animation, depicting in graphic terms some of the concepts of Raja Yoga. There is a selection of four animations to choose from, Highlight the one you want to view, click on the words and the sequence will begin to play.
If you do not see the animation move, then you may need to download FLASH PLUGIN for your browser. Select DON’T SEE ANIMATION? from below the list and click to download the software that will play an attractive half-minute animation with peaceful background music to put you in the right relaxed state of mind to explore the rest of the website.
- Sound
There is an option for sound on the Splash page and in many other areas of the website. If you don’t want to hear the sound selection on the Splash page, simply click on the OFF icon on the bottom left of the page.
N.B. Even if you chose to not to hear the music on the Splash Page, you will still have the opportunity to listen to selected sections of the spoken audio tapes and CDs, and also sample tracks of vocal and instrumental albums.
When you select an item and go to its page, you will get the choice to download REALPLAY, if you do not already have it, in order to listen to several examples of the tracks before making your decision to buy. (Please note that there is a Free. REALPLAYER, and that is the one you should download).
So, if you want to purchase some excellent sounds to aid your relaxation and meditation: select, download, listen, decide, put it in your shopping cart, submit your details and wait for it to be delivered!

On the right hand side of the page are some special selections to take you straight into a few popular items – books and CD compilations that might immediately interest you. If you want to explore the website more fully, click ENTER and take yourself to the Home Page proper.

‘Traffic Control’ is effective device for creating as oasis of peace during the noisy progress of the day. Around the world, many individuals who have learned how beneficial it is to put a stop – however briefly - to busy traffic of thoughts in their heads, take a little time out of their day, wherever they are – at home or at work – and sit in silence and peaceful reflection. For just two or three minutes, the noisy roar of thoughts and concerns comes to a halt during ‘traffic control’. To accompany these moments of reflection there is a choice of relaxing instrumental music. Those who practise these times of quietness do so at agreed times, as it increases the sense of peaceful connection to be aware that others around the country and around the world are in thoughtful silence, too. In the UK the times of ‘Traffic Control’ are (BST), 7.00 am, 10.30, 12 noon, 2.30 pm, 5.30pm and 7.30pm.
