About the Author
Anthea Church : Anthea is currently head of English at Kent College, Tunbridge Wells. She graduated from Oxford after reading English and is a trained drama teacher. Anthea has been a meditation student and teacher for 20 years and is a charming and sensitive facilitator of workshops on creativity for inner clarity. She is co-author of a manual for a teachers’ co-op in the classroom. Her publications include The Arts of Life, Inner Beauty, Invocations and Angels.

I thought this book was great. I loved the way that Anthea takes me away from my journey to work and everyday surroundings into her mind, and her relationship with God as a Friend, Companion, Surgeon and Psychiatrist ... the list is endless!
